Risk, AI and Market Data Notice

Foreseez provides information and tools about third-party prediction markets. It does not decide a venue's outcome or guarantee the accuracy of that venue's data. Market access, research access and transaction eligibility are different.

The Services are for general information. They are not personalized investment, trading, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or a promise that a position is suitable. You make your own decisions using information appropriate to your circumstances. The legal protections and liability provisions are in the Terms; this notice does not ask you to waive rights that law preserves.

A displayed price is an observation from a particular venue and time. A percentage derived from a contract price is not an objective probability or a Foreseez forecast. Trading activity, liquidity, fees, incentives and market structure can affect prices.

Last trade, midpoint, bid and ask are different values. A last trade may be old or outside the current book. Rounded percentages, cents, decimal, fractional or American odds are display formats and can hide precision. Currency and payout conventions may differ.

An indicative price is not a promise that an order can fill at that price or size. A connected data stream does not guarantee that every instrument or field has updated recently. Check the quote type, source, timestamp, spread, available size and venue before relying on it.

Foreseez may show a curated subset, not every venue or contract. Missing data does not mean an outcome cannot happen or a contract does not exist. A search ranking or market-mover list is a data view, not an endorsement or recommended trade.

Contracts with similar titles may differ in deadline/timezone, measurement period, threshold, permitted source, revisions, cancellation, payout, dispute process or settlement. A related-market label is not a finding of equivalent legal/economic rights.

Any consensus or combined probability depends on its stated method and included observations; it is not an official market price. We identify the method and coverage when such a feature is offered. A spread alone is not executable or risk-free arbitrage. Fees, foreign exchange, collateral, transfer delays, settlement differences and partial fills can eliminate a paper advantage or create a loss.

The current venue contract, its incorporated rules and its resolution/dispute procedures govern that instrument. A source document or a Foreseez explanation may be incomplete, superseded or interpreted differently by the authorized resolver.

Resolution Lens uses AI to explain contract conditions and possible edge cases. It can omit an exception, misunderstand a threshold, misstate a deadline, misidentify a source or present an unsupported conclusion. A citation or fluent answer does not prove accuracy.

An explanation is not a venue ruling, legal opinion or guaranteed Yes/No outcome. A hypothetical scenario is not a forecast that the scenario will occur. Check the actual rules and cited text, including changes and unresolved ambiguities. Foreseez cannot guarantee that a venue will apply a rule in the way its AI describes.

Report a suspected error to hello@foreseez.com with the market identifier, output date and relevant source. Avoid sending private keys or sensitive account credentials. A correction to an explanation does not change a venue settlement, unwind an order or extend the venue's dispute deadline.

AI can generate incorrect facts, stale news, false citations or misleading causal explanations. Events occurring at the same time as a price move do not establish what caused it. Verify important claims using reliable primary sources.

A feature that researches, summarizes, monitors or simulates does not acquire authority to trade. No output authorizes an order. Any future delegated or autonomous execution requires separate product controls, legal review, permissions and express authorization; it is not included merely because the product uses the word “agent.”

Charts can contain sampling, timezone, refresh, rounding and source gaps. A market-mover statistic uses the stated venue data, observation window and selection method and may not represent a continuously observed return.

A simulated strategy may omit real-world fees, slippage, latency, failed/partial fills, collateral constraints or information unavailable at the time. Backtests can be overfit and selected after observing results. Hypothetical performance is not live performance.

Forecast accuracy is not trading profitability. A simple percentage correct can conceal probability calibration, a small sample or selective reporting. Any forecast/reputation feature should disclose time cutoffs, sample size, revisions, excluded/voided cases, scoring and correction method. Past results do not guarantee future results. Public user/agent views are their own, not Foreseez endorsements.

Alerts can fail, arrive late, duplicate or use outdated data. Delivery depends on infrastructure, permissions and your selected channel. Do not use Foreseez alerts as guaranteed risk controls or emergency instructions.

Beta features and third-party services can stop, change or produce errors. Keep another way to check the venue. A status indicator is an operational observation, not a service-level guarantee. A cached or disconnected screen may not show current orders or balances.

Where a separately authorized transaction feature exists, you can lose the full amount committed to a position and may incur fees. Markets can become illiquid or close, withdrawals can be delayed, venues can change or dispute outcomes, and wallet/network/stablecoin/smart-contract failures can cause loss.

Orders can remain open until filled, cancelled or expired under the venue's rules. A cancellation request is not a confirmed cancellation. Disconnecting a wallet or deleting Foreseez does not necessarily stop an outstanding order or revoke an approval.

Do not use money needed for essential expenses or trade in order to recover a loss. You can choose to use research without transactions. Use applicable venue limits, pause controls or support resources if participation becomes harmful.

The Optional Trading Addendum and the relevant venue's terms provide additional requirements. No document here establishes your eligibility or Foreseez's regulatory permission.

Foreseez identifies sources and venues so you can verify information. Names, logos and links do not by themselves imply sponsorship or regulatory approval. We disclose any material referral, builder or other compensation associated with an action; an incentive can create a conflict even when your displayed Foreseez fee is zero.
