About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Foreseez app at app.foreseez.com ("Foreseez", "the service"), run by Foreseez Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"). By using Foreseez, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least [TBD: minimum age] to use Foreseez.

What Foreseez is

Foreseez is an information and analytics service about prediction markets. It lets you browse events and markets listed on Polymarket and Kalshi, with their prices, volumes, dates, and resolution details. You don't need an account.

Accounts

You can create an optional account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or X. An account saves the events you star on your watchlist. Browsing works the same without one. Keep your password, and your Google or X account if you use one, secure, because anyone who can sign in with them can sign in to your Foreseez account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. You can also email hello@foreseez.com and ask us to delete it.

Not advice

Everything on Foreseez is for general information only. Nothing on the service is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

Prices shown are market prices set by traders on each venue. They aren't our predictions, and they aren't guarantees of any outcome. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Not a trading venue

Foreseez doesn't accept orders, execute trades, hold money or crypto assets, or act as a broker, exchange, or custodian. Any trading happens on Polymarket, Kalshi, or another venue, under that venue's own terms. Whether you can trade there depends on where you live, and it's up to you to check what's legal for you.

Third-party data

Market data on Foreseez comes from public information published by Polymarket and Kalshi. We collect it on a schedule, not in real time, so prices you see may be out of date.

Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Events can close or resolve differently from what Foreseez shows. The venue's own page is the authoritative source, so always check it before acting.

Foreseez is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket or Kalshi. [TBD: confirm no partnership or data agreement with either venue] Their names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the source of the data.

Acceptable use

When you use Foreseez, please don't:

• scrape, crawl, or download the service in bulk with automated tools, except search engines that follow our robots.txt
• overload the service, get around rate limits, or interfere with its security or operation
• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially use data from Foreseez, or use it to build a competing dataset, without our written permission
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to mislead others
• suggest that you're affiliated with or endorsed by Foreseez

We may limit or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

Intellectual property

The Foreseez name, logo, design, software, and our own text belong to Foreseez Technologies Inc. Market titles, rules, images, and other venue content belong to their owners.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Foreseez for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Links to other sites

Foreseez links to Polymarket, Kalshi, and resolution sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Changes to the service

Foreseez is a young product. We may add, change, or remove features, or pause or stop the service, at any time and without notice.

No warranty

Foreseez is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We also aren't liable for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data that comes from using or relying on Foreseez.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [TBD: liability cap amount and currency].

Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law
