Optional Trading Addendum

This Addendum supplements the Foreseez Terms of Use only for user-directed Polymarket International transaction tools that Foreseez makes available to you and that you separately choose to activate. You agree to it by the specific acceptance control shown before activation. Reading market data or accepting general Terms does not activate trading.

These tools are an interface to Polymarket International at polymarket.com, not a Foreseez exchange. The venue's membership/account relationship, order rules, eligibility, fees, settlement and dispute procedures govern your activity there. Foreseez remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law and its agreements.

You must meet the venue's age, residency, location, account and other eligibility requirements and all applicable law. You must control the connected account/wallet or be duly authorized to use it. An invitation, technical connection or successful location check is not legal permission.

Do not trade when prohibited, conceal your actual location, use a VPN/proxy or other means to evade restrictions, use false information, or route through another person's account. Inform us of a material eligibility change and stop using the affected feature.

Foreseez may restrict a feature or require proportionate verification. Geographic regimes can distinguish opening positions, closing existing positions, cancellation and other actions. An action allowed by venue technology is not necessarily allowed by local law or by Foreseez. Only the approved action-specific availability shown in the interface applies.

You choose the venue, market/outcome, buy/sell side, quantity or spend, order type, price/slippage limits and duration. Before submission, review the exact order and displayed charges. Each order or transaction requires your express confirmation through the reviewed interface/signing flow.

You authorize Foreseez to provide the technical interface and the authentication/connection support needed for the specific action you confirm. This includes the specifically disclosed builder authentication step, if used. This is not a power of attorney or permission to choose trades, change economic terms, route discretionary orders, access undisclosed wallet permissions or transact autonomously.

Read every wallet prompt. A wallet-link message, API credential authorization, token allowance, order signature and on-chain transfer have different effects. A session or initial signature can enable later actions within its stated scope. Do not assume every action requires a new wallet popup; the interface must show when an authorization is continuing and how to end it.

Foreseez does not take possession of your funds and cannot independently move them or place trades without your approval. Wallet providers and Polymarket carry out the relevant wallet and venue functions. Initial connections or permissions can remain active within their disclosed scope; they do not give Foreseez discretion to decide trades.

Displayed quotes, depth, costs and slippage estimates can change or be wrong. A limit order may not fill or may fill in part. A market-type order may cross several price levels and incur the venue's applicable protections and fees. Price and spend limits are those shown in the reviewed order; estimates are not guaranteed fills.

An order can remain active under its time-in-force rules. Requesting cancellation does not cancel an already filled portion or guarantee cancellation before another fill. Confirm final status with the venue.

A timeout, missing receipt or disconnected screen can leave status uncertain. Check the order identifier and venue activity before retrying; another submission can create another order. Foreseez may temporarily stop submission when data or eligibility is unreliable.

Your wallet, any embedded-wallet provider and your venue account may require separate authentication and recovery. Review the actual backup/export/recovery method before funding. Protect your device and credentials; support must never ask you to send a recovery phrase or private key.

If an enabled funding feature involves a venue, wallet, on-ramp, bridge, stablecoin, network or relayer, the interface must identify the provider, recipient, network and material charges. Do not send an unsupported token or use an unsupported network. Transfers can be irreversible; loss, depegging, smart-contract failure, congestion and provider insolvency are risks.

A token allowance can persist until revoked through the relevant controls. Disconnecting Foreseez is not the same as revoking an allowance or cancelling orders. Deleting Foreseez does not close a venue account, delete a wallet, move funds or erase a blockchain record.

You must retain an independent, usable way to access the venue and wallet. Foreseez does not guarantee recovery, reversal or access if you lose your recovery method. This does not exclude responsibility for Foreseez's own legally attributable acts or omissions.

You acknowledge receipt of the Risk, AI and Market Data Notice and the venue's required disclosures. Prediction-market positions can lose all committed value; liquidity, settlement, counterparty, network and legal risks remain. A forecast, AI interpretation, market mover or displayed match is not an instruction to trade.

Any applicable Foreseez charge and material compensation must be disclosed before the relevant action. We do not obtain your agreement to an unspecified future fee merely through this Addendum. Venue/network charges may also apply. A displayed zero builder fee is not a guarantee of zero total costs or no revenue paid to Foreseez.

Any compensation may create an incentive to increase venue use or activity. Foreseez does not promise to assess suitability, provide best execution, select the cheapest venue or protect you from trading losses. Any future advisory or regulated duty must be stated and met separately; it cannot be avoided merely by this label.

The Privacy Policy explains relevant wallet/account data, signatures, eligibility and operational records, recipients and retention. Current signing records are kept for one day; this is not a promise that venue order history or independent-provider records disappear after one day.

We retain the records lawfully needed to document authorizations, eligibility, compliance, security and disputes according to the disclosed schedule. We do not ask you to waive privacy rights. We must not log secrets or retain unnecessary raw signing payloads by default.

Foreseez may pause or withdraw access for law, venue rules, security, system failure or misuse. We will provide information about independent access where lawful and practical. A restriction may not stop an already submitted order, guarantee exit liquidity or permit an action prohibited by law.

For a Foreseez interface, privacy or fee complaint, contact hello@foreseez.com with the relevant identifier and time. For a venue fill, rule, account or resolution dispute, use the venue's complaint process as well, within its deadlines. We will reasonably help identify the appropriate record or provider for issues involving our tools.

The Terms' governing-law and liability provisions apply, including their mandatory-law and misconduct exceptions. This Addendum is a risk acknowledgment and limited functional authorization, not a release of all claims, an indemnity for all trades or a waiver of consumer/regulatory rights.

The supported venue is Polymarket International at polymarket.com. Polymarket US is a separate planned integration and is not enabled by accepting this Addendum. Kalshi is data-only. No release date or future integration is guaranteed.

We follow the relevant venue's geographic restrictions and applicable law. Restrictions may distinguish new positions from closing existing positions and can change. A venue permission or location response does not override local law or establish that Foreseez is licensed. We may apply tighter restrictions.

Use only the wallet, network, token and order types actually supported and displayed. Do not assume Foreseez supplies a fiat on-ramp, bridge, custody, withdrawal service or recovery service. Review provider terms through the relevant service before using it.

Subscriptions and possible referral or builder compensation are future commercial options. If introduced, we disclose the actual terms, benefit and conflict before the relevant use and obtain agreement or consent where needed. We do not claim current compensation is zero simply because a builder-fee display is zero.

General Terms and risk/privacy notices are available through Foreseez's footer and relevant account/transaction screens. Review Polymarket's current terms and disclosures on the venue itself. You must have the relevant venue relationship and keep independent access to your wallet and venue.

Before activation, we ask you to acknowledge the Addendum, risks, eligibility, wallet permissions and any disclosed fees/compensation. Each order still requires your express authorization.

• I agree to the Optional Trading Addendum for the identified venue and have received the Risk, AI and Market Data Notice.
• I meet the stated age and venue/location eligibility requirements, and I will not bypass restrictions.
• I understand the wallet permissions and continuing authorizations shown to me, that I direct each order, and how to access the venue and revoke relevant permissions independently.
• I have read the displayed fee and compensation disclosure, including benefits Foreseez may receive.

Acknowledgment does not replace verification, make a prohibited action lawful or remove rights that cannot be waived.
