If legislation that temporarily or indefinitely prohibits, suspends, or pauses the approval, permitting, construction, connection to the electrical grid or other utility infrastructure, or operation of new data centers, or a defined category of new data centers, within the enacting state has become law in any U.S. state before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.
